We ship all orders to addresses in the continental United States free of charge within 24 hours via the following methods:

  • Bike Saddles ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). We provide you with a tracking number, free of charge the moment the item is shipped.
  • Racks & Panniers ship via UPS ground or FedEx ground. We provide you with a tracking number, free of charge the moment the item is shipped.
  • Small items (proofide, map cases, etc.) may ship USPS first class.
Many customers receive their items within 2 to 3 business days of placing an order. Some customers in the mountain West region of the US (Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona) have received their items in less than 24 hours after ordering!

International Orders

We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service for a small fee. We manually calculate international postage, deduct approximately $10 and bill you the difference via PayPal or Google Checkout. Customs fees or import duties must be paid by recipient.
