We ship all orders to addresses in the continental United States free of charge within 24 hours via the following methods:
- Bike Saddles ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). We provide you with a tracking number, free of charge the moment the item is shipped.
- Racks & Panniers ship via UPS ground or FedEx ground. We provide you with a tracking number, free of charge the moment the item is shipped.
- Small items (proofide, map cases, etc.) may ship USPS first class.
International Orders
We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service for a small fee. We manually calculate international postage, deduct approximately $10 and bill you the difference via PayPal or Google Checkout. Customs fees or import duties must be paid by recipient. First, Pete or Pat process your order & grabs your items from our extensive inventory.
The saddles are then boxed and stacked on one of the delivery vehicles from our extensive fleet.
Followed by a quick ride through the streets of sunny Boulder, Colorado
We then send the packages off to the USPS for the fast, free priority mail shipping that we are known for.
Your saddle should arrive within 12 to 72 hours.
