Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item (excluding used jars of proofide) you purchase from The Randonnee Shop meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund.
We offer this guarantee for 30 days to 6 months, depending on the purchase:
- 6 month satisfaction guarantee for new Brooks Saddles.
- 30 day satisfaction guarantee for everything else (excluding used/open jars of proofide)
We ask that any products you return to be in good working conditions, along with any extra parts, instruction manuals, boxes, etc. Normal wear and tear is okay, but a full refund is at our discretion (i.e. crashing your bike and ripping/scraping your saddle or panniers is not a valid reason for returning an item).
Defective Merchandise
In the unlikely case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will work out a replacement or refund. Let us know if you have any problems covered by the five-year Ortlieb guarantee or Brooks two-year warranty. We will work with you & the manufacturer to get the quickest warranty service possible.
Return Procedure
To return an item,
- Send an email to cyclist(at)therandonneeshop.com to obtain a return authorization number
- Package the gear along with all tags, packaging, etc. and the return authorization number
- Ship the item to us (you will receive the address of our returns department along with the return authorization number)
